Subject	Gas inside upper plenum

Message	Anyone ever experience this? I pulled a vacuum hose from the upper plenum and there was gas in the line. I pulled the balance tube off to see how much was in there and it wasn't puddled, but there was a good 1/16" covering the bottom. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks in advance
